Matthew is a commercial Master Mariner certified by the UK’s Maritime Coastguard Agency with 12+ years experience in Maritime

Search and Rescue, commanding various SAR assets on operations worldwide in a variety of SAR contexts as well as specialising as a SAR Hovercraft Instructor and Assessor. He is a qualified SAR Trainer/Assessor, IMO Trained Instructor, Level 3 Assessor, RYA Instructor and holds a FdSc Degree in Marine Operations. He is an experienced Maritime Emergency Response expert with extensive experience of Maritime Firefighting, Passenger Vessel Incident Management and Shipboard Emergency Response auditing and training gained through his time as an Industrial Firefighter and Senior Deck Officer onboard Large Passenger Vessels.

Toby is a commercially qualified Master Mariner certified by the UK’s Maritime Coastguard Agency with over 12 years seagoing service in the Merchant Navy as a Senior Deck Officer on a variety of vessel types worldwide. He leads the vessel management programs for our clients and is an expert in UK and International vessel codes and legislation as well as small vessel safety management compliance and global SAR vessel management.

Ronald has over 30 years experience of providing maritime SAR services in the UK whilst working as a Senior SAR Paramedic. He is Swift Water Rescue Technician trained and an experienced STCW maritime clinical instructor authorised by the UK’s Maritime and Coastguard Agency. He is experienced in leading and training emergency medical response teams with a special focus on Maritime SAR medical capability and remote medicine.
